What are your shipping methods and delivery times?
Our warehouse processes your order the following business day at the latest and you will receive an email notification with tracking information.
Once your order has been picked up at our warehouse, usually within 24 hours on business days, the delivery times are listed below.

Standard shipping: 3-5 business days with DHL
Express shipping: 1-3 business days with DHL Express
Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Norway, Liechtenstein, Switzerland and Iceland:
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days with DHL

EU:
Standard shipping: 3-5 business days with DHL

For irregularities in the above, factors may include but are not limited to extreme weather conditions, technical failures, customs delays, etc. In addition to this, please take note that during promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual due to higher volumes of orders received.
Where are you shipping from?
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Germany.
I have not received my order yet, what do I do?
If you have ordered with standard shipping, please wait for couple of extra days. Please read more about our estimated lead times above. If your order takes even longer, please reach out to our costumer service at email and we will check the status of your order. If you have gotten your tracking number, we urge you to contact the chosen courier in the first instance. If you have not received your tracking number, please contact us and we will look into this for you.
I have received the wrong order, what do I do?
If you receive your package and it is not the correct product(s) as you ordered, please email us. We will send you the correct order with a prepaid return label, so you can return the incorrect products to our warehouse. We will pay for all expenses.
