What is your return policy?

We offer a 14 days return policy. If your products are unused, unopened and in the original product packaging with all labels and protective seals intact you have the right to return the products within 14 days of receiving them. Please note that we do not accept tights and stockings that have been tried on for hygienic reasons. Please note that we do not pay the shipment cost for environmental reasons. Gift cards are non-returnable. Sale items are non-returnable. All returns must be sent to the following address : OrGasm fashion, Bleichergasse 5 Schwabmunchen 86830. Customer are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Have you received my order and when will I get my refund?

Once your return has been received at our warehouse, it is processed and inspected before we proceed in approving it. We appreciate your understanding and patience, we work as quickly as possible. This process might take up to 5 business days. Please also allow up to 2 weeks after we approve your return for the refund to appear on your statement.

Kindly observe that OrGasm is not responsible for any items lost during the return shipping process, please save the receipt of the shipment in case your parcel is lost.

Exchange

Please note that you must return your items within 30 days of receiving them. The products must be unused and in original condition in original packaging with all protective stickers intact. If you wish to receive a different product, we invite you to place a new order on our website at your own convenience. Please note that we do not refund shipping costs for exchanged or returned products. 

Complaints and claims

If you think a product has a manufacturing error you are welcome to send the product back to us. If you send us a claim, please note it is not guaranteed that it will be accepted and we do not send claims back, whether or not they are accepted. To receive a replacement, product with manufacturing error needs to be sent back to us, as it must be inspected and possibly returned to our manufacturer. You will have to pay for shipping cost, but if it turns out to be a manufacturing error we will of course pay you back for the shipping and for the products. Please note that we pay a maximum of 15€ back for the shipping and we will need a receipt of the cost. The product must be unused and in original condition in original packaging with all protective stickers intact. Please contact us and send a photos before return.
